We do not set cookies, we do not run analytics or advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The only part of this site that asks you for data is the free audit form, and it sends only what you type into it.

If you use the audit form or email us, we hold what you sent, for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of our correspondence.

Only what you send us, through the audit request form described below or by email. When you email us, your own email client sends the message, and we receive only what is in it.

When you request a free audit through the form on this site, it sends us the Amazon store or product link you paste, your name and your work email, and your phone or WhatsApp number and brand name if you add them. It also sends how long the form was open and one field that people never see, which we use only to filter out automated spam. Like any web request, it carries your IP address, which we use only to stop repeated automated requests.

We use these details to reply to you and to prepare the audit you asked for. They are handled by our team and by the service providers that host this website and our internal work-tracking system, all acting on our instructions.

We keep a request for as long as we need it to respond to you, and after that as part of our ordinary business records. To have it deleted, write to admin.tech@beknown.work.

This site sets no cookies of any kind and loads no analytics, tag-manager, session-recording, advertising or social-media scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so simply reading these pages does not report your visit to anyone else.

There is therefore no cookie banner and no consent to withdraw.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own purposes, and we run no advertising audiences.

A few ordinary exceptions apply: the provider that hosts this website processes standard technical request logs in order to serve pages, the provider that carries our email processes messages you send us in order to deliver them, and the provider of our internal work-tracking system holds the audit requests you send through the form so our team can follow each one up. All of them act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We operate from India and work with clients internationally, so correspondence may be processed outside your own country. We keep email and audit requests only as long as they serve the purpose they were sent for, and no longer than our record-keeping obligations require.

Write to admin.tech@beknown.work and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion, and we will action it. We will confirm what we have done. If you would simply like us to forget an enquiry, say so and we will delete the thread.

Depending on where you live you may also have a right to complain to a data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

If we change how this site works — for example, by adding a form or changing what the audit form collects — we will update this policy and the date above before that change goes live.
